5 physical conditions that are confused with depression
Many times our body reflects symptoms that we can confuse with some diseases , as is the case of depression , that is, if we feel sadness, fatigue and apathy we do not hesitate a second to think that we are depressed; however, it may be something else.
According to different studies, there are diseases that share the symptoms of depression that require treatments other than antidepressants or psychotherapy.

1. Vitamin D deficiency . According to a study published in the journal Archives of Internal Medicine , it details that there is a close relationship between the lack of this vitamin and the symptoms of depression. So protect yourself properly and enjoy the sun's rays.
2. Hypothyroidism . Low levels of thyroid hormone cause tiredness, weight gain, apathy, depression, inability to concentrate, and memory problems.
