The anti-stress routine to stop being bloated

Our belly is often strained by stress. We offer you a little anti-bloating morning routine that will allow you to start the day by taking care of your belly.



After these long months of pandemic and stress, our belly is far from being at the party . As it is also the essential seat of our emotions, it suffers from these weeks of uncertainty and anxiety that the Delta variant causes. Postural awakening movements, aroma shower and cardiac coherence exercises: what if you take advantage of the holidays to adopt these new anti-stress gestures? If you manage to make it your morning routine little by little, it will help you fight stress from the start of the next school year.

To help you be less bloated , also consider:

>> Lemon balm: this plant, which is sometimes confused with nettle, is antispasmodic and relieves intestinal pain. As a bonus, it has a delicious lemony smell. Let steep for ten minutes 1 tbsp. at s. Shave leaves in 0.25 cl of water and drink a cup after the meal. It is also found in capsules (take 1.5 g/day twice).

>> Hyssop: also try this little-known plant, but which stimulates transit and helps reduce intestinal gas. 1 C. c. for 20 cl of water, leave to infuse for ten minutes.

>> Green clay : a great classic, (green) clay fights against acidity and digestive pain. To be taken as a powder diluted in a glass of water.

>> Activated vegetable charcoal: this is a great grandmother's remedy that effectively absorbs intestinal gas. Take 1 tablespoon in a large glass of hot water in the morning on an empty stomach. But beware: coal inhibits the action of many drugs, including oral contraceptives, avoid taking it if you are on long-term treatment.
